About Me

  1. Heeey, gals and guys! First of all. ZEEkea is absolutely not affiliated with IKEA But... You've gotta look at it: Almost everything is craftable in survival. "Almost" means - not every night lamp is craftable without recipes of colored glass added by other means. Features: - Tall Lockers and Nightstands contains a number of slots for your storage needs (animated doors and you can see what's inside). - Night lights can be turned on and off to emit a calm colored light forever. - Carpets are actually a crafting component, but can be used as a decoration (
  2. Update 12-20-20: New version 1.3.0. Added Steel Chest (48 slots) and the grid recipes are now shapeless. This mod adds larger storage capacity chests to the game. The recipes are simply adding a plate of the metal tier to the previous tier chest in the player crafting grid. For example: the Copper Chest takes a Wooden Chest + Copper Plate. Bronze Chest takes Copper Chest + any bronze plate. Iron Chest takes any Bronze Chest + Iron Plate. Steel chest takes an Iron Chest + steel plate. I feel the recipes are fair enough. Every chest can be made into the "Labeled" version by adding a sign to
  3. They seek, they roam, they are hungry. Be prepared to meet your new neighbours from parallel plane, but don't expect the warm welcome. Why are these strange beings here for? Are they eager to capture the land? Or maybe they are just lost? The one thing that is known - they are vile and tough. So, be very careful when dealing with your new neighbours. The mod adds five fantasy entities to make your survival harder and more interesting. Tickling: Tall slow bipedal with huge horn-like outgrowths. It seems that he has no eyes, but he doesn't need it to catch its prey. Para
  4. Version 2.4.2 Shows a simple HUD Clock in the left upper corner with the current ingame time. Client side only Hotkeys available Customize what you want to see all mod relevant data is saved in vintagestorydata/modconfig/hudclock showing claim area you entered (requires server mod) Have fun with it. Version 2.4.x is for 1.14.0 or higher! Older notes: V. 2.3.0 Add support of VS 1.14.0-pre7 V. 2.3.1 Tweak background operations for all mods, include saving mod specific files to vintagestorydata/modco
  5. LordDan's Surface Translocators This content-only mod adds Translocators to the surface world generation in three different variations. Existing vanilla Translocators remain untouched. This is mostly a 'toe-in-the-water' release - I have many other ideas for housing these translocators but first need to see if there is a need for it, as such, please let me know if you find this useful and would like to see more variations. This is also a first VS mod for me, whilst I have tested it as best as I can and made efforts to keep them fairly rare it may not be perfect. l
  6. Here's the thing - I'm a huge fan of Vintage Story and especially its wilderness survival mode. I also have a keen interest in real life primitive survival. This mod is my attempt to meld the two to provide you with a more realistic early game experience, and is largely inspired by extreme survival shows like Naked & Afraid. Primitive Survival also adds some new end-game type elements to entertain you later in the game. Note: A huge THANKS goes out to @Unclesid for providing a few real cool fish for this mod! "This is seriously the best mod for this game there is

  8. A simple mod that adds early game blocks made with grass like a door, table, chair and a grass carpet, more to come and I'm always looking to improve the textures. Post me some pics if you like GrassStuff-1.1.zip inspired by this discord comment :
  9. Hey, fellow players! Here's the mod which adds machines and coins for server offline trading! Vending machine variant: Market stall variant: Trade'o'rug (allows to sale five different items "as-is" for a difference prices - so it's possible to sell food for example): These blocks are used for trading of course! The owner (player who has placed the block down) is able to set the trade (sneak-click): Here Trade'o'mat expects to exchange 4 cattail roots for 1 sack of carrot seeds. And stock is filled for 12 deals. When the pot
  10. MoreClasses is a mod designed to completely overhaul the newly added class system and has one major goal: Make each class have a unique play style. Currently the mod changes all existing classes to have much more influence on your progression by tweaking their upsides/downsides and also adds 4 new classes. The original classes have changed quite a bit and might as well be considered new classes entirely, but they have not changed from their original role. Current class changes: New classes: Vanguard and Blackguard Armor: This mod is still in development, and cert
  11. Meteoric Expansion The skies burn with balls of fire barrelling towards the planet at cosmic speeds....Is this the apocalypse? Welcome to Meteoric Expansion! This mod aims to bring the cosmos to Vintage Story in a very literal sense. In vanilla Vintage Story it's possible to stumble across small surface deposits of meteoric iron...but where did it come from? Meteors don't exist in vanilla! Meteoric Expansion fills this space. This mod will spawn occasional randomized meteors that will streak through the skies, burning up or exploding like a real meteor would. There's
  12. modBooks! Latest version, download: GitHub/modbooks What to expect: This mod adds books and paper to write anything to share with your friends and server community featuring VintageStory's VTML parser. Be sure to check out the wiki page on the parser in order to understand all its functions! Writing will be done via the Book Editor that allows you to add up to 20 pages for books and two for papers. There is an extensive help entry in your survival handbook (default press "h" ingame) to help you on your journey how iron ink, writing tools and books are made. If you want to
  13. Vanilla+ by JabZ My first themepack and the first themepack for VS in general! Here it is, Vanilla+ improved models in a Vanilla friendly way. I got inspired to create this themepack by the odd looking "nubs" on some weapons and tools, the sword and spear most notably. Then I expanded V+ to blocks aswell, like cheese and barrels. Adding some details to it that don't disrupt the game's design. The goal of this themepack is to improve on the base game models without losing the vanilla charm. Most notably, the "nubs" on the longblade and scythe have been removed along with
  14. This is a very simple mod that makes the creative teleporter usable in survival. First it adds a crafting recipe: To break a teleporter you can right click with a padlock. You can download the 1.13 version of this mod from here: https://github.com/McJty/TpTools/releases/tag/0.2 You can download the 1.14 version of this mod from here: https://github.com/McJty/TpTools/releases/tag/0.3 Let me know what you think
  15. Adds Acorns as a food source. Also adds a Wooden Mallet which is needed to crack the Acorn shells. Acorns drop from Oak tree leaves and are highly nutritious. Acorn flour is gluten-free. It must be mixed with another flour and water to make bread dough. It gives a 50% nutrition boost to bread. Acorns can also be fed to pigs. "There is no food that means more to me than the acorn, for the acorn fulfills both a promise and a fantasy: that the forest will provide for me. When I gaze across the [valley] I see more than scenery. I see thousands of acres of bounty, millions
  16. Ore Crystals What's that faint glow in the distance...? Is it a way out of this cave? Is it something more sinister? No. It's strange, crystallized metal growing from this ore... Huh. Maybe those temporal storms we've been having have something to do with it? This is a relatively simple quality of life/visual mod that makes cave exploring a little more exciting and makes those ores a little more noticable! This mod adds crystals to the worldgen, growing out the sides of any vanilla ore blocks with a surface open to air. They are fragile structures that have a chance t
  17. MumbleLink enables positional audio support in the voice chat program Mumble, allowing anyone using the mod in multiplayer and in the same voice channel to hear one another spatially in 3D - meaning you can make out their direction relative to you and, if so configured, hear them quieter depending on how far away they are. The mod is completely client-side, so you can use it on any server you wish. [ Download ] Source code and information on how to set it up are also available on GitHub.
  18. This mod was designed for use on a server with emphasis on trade and community. It simply adds a recipe that allows players to exchange either one temporal gear for five rusty gears or five rusty gears for one temporal gear. If you'd like the change the amount that is exchanged, you can edit the mod's recipe directly [CurrencyExchange_V1.0/assets/currencyexchange/recipes/grid/] From there you go edit the quantity in order to change the amount that should be exchanged. I'd like to add a way to configure it much easier in another release, but for now this should do. Sorry about that! Note:
  19. This is just a very simple mod that doubles the step height of players (from 0.6 to 1.2) so they can walk up blocks without having to jump. Built for 1.14 but might be compatible with other versions. (As long as the existing order of behaviors isn't changed.) Download StepUp-v1.2.0.cs To install the mod, simply place the .cs file into your Mods folder. You can get there by going to the Mod Manager in the main menu and clicking Open Mods Folder. Changelog v1.2.0 - Now actually works just on client (and comes as a single .cs file!) v1.1.0 - Now works if just installed on t
  20. Adds Rope Bridges for all wood types (and sticks) Recipes Changelog Download Rope Bridges v1.0.6 for VS1.14.zip Rope Bridges v1.0.6 for VS1.13.zip Previous Versions
  21. Version 2.0.1 The mod creates a default Item-Packages based on available player-classes and stores in JSON file. As Server-Admin (also in Singleplayer) you can edit this json file by adding the items / blocks with its code. Editing the Item-Package-Json file requires a restart of the Server/Singleplayer. Only the ItemCodes are supported! All Players will be recorded by its uuid, which is created by VintageStory-AccountManagement, and garantues that no one will get the items twice. path: \VintagestoryData\ModConfig\starterpackmod\<world-id>\starterpack.

  23. This mod allows players to use pigments as a crayons (in 1.14.0 you have to craft these "crayons" literally) and draw on anything around! Five colors are available: Charcoal - Black Lapis Lazuli - Blue Cinnabar - Red Olivine - Green Borax - White Just hold right mouse button while holding one of pigments and draw (1.13.4)! Craft a piece of Blue Clay along with some Resin and a pigment to get yourself a Crayon (1.14.0)! To remove the drawing, just put a block on it. Known issues: - Fast strokes won't be recognized by server a
  24. Better Stairs! Here's a quickie I threw together for those of us that need inside and outside corners on our stairs to beautify our abodes. I'm sure that people have written dissertations or their thesis on the best way to implement such a thing. Well I didn't read any of that, I just winged it. Short Demo: https://youtu.be/a0PYVoCg8I4 Short Updated Demo (oh man my videos suck): Sorry, this isn't a patch. I'm not sure if you could make it a patch. Maybe. Probably. That said, you'll need some recipes... Download: bet
  25. Farmland Drops Soil changes the behavior of farmland to drop soil when broken, depending on the nutrients available. This is for those people that got frustrated by losing their precious Terra Preta when wanting to move their farms to a better, fancier place or even their entire base. Well, you can't! Except with the amazing Farmland Drops Soil mod. When you break a farmland block, it will have a chance to drop their respective soil block, depending on the nutrients available. If you wait for the nutrients to fully recover, you always get your soil back. Otherwise, it will pick the
