  1. Hey, gals and guys! Ever since I wrote my first mod for Vintage Story, I thought about inability of viewing all my mod's content. I discovered a way to add my own creative tab later (thanks @Spear and Fang and his Primitive Survival), but that is good only for players who able to switch to creative. So, I decided to add all creative tabs to survival handbook! Because - why not? If you for some reason don't like to click tabs (perhaps, because there's too much of it!!) you can use the sharp "#" symbol prefix to filter what you need (that's actually just tab "names" in code): But, as you probably know, not every mod adds its own creative tab. So, for the rest of mods I added the ability to filter content by modid! Just type it in search area prefixed by "@" (no, I haven't heard about Minecraft and JEI ). You want more? Well, I can also offer you the tremendous system of Bookmarks! Now you can bookmark any Item or Block page (no custom pages or guides yet, at least for now, sorry), using the most convenient button at the bottom of the page, and it will stick into dedicated category named "Bookmarks"! Oh yeah! And a little bonus! Now you can see the possible quantity outcome from your grid-crafting recipes. It's maybe not the most convenient way to display this information, but it's the only one I could accomplish without redesigning the Item page completely. Version 1.2.3 fixes names of renamed chiseled blocks in inventory. Now if you renamed your masterpiece, the correct name will be displayed on tooltip (requires server-side!) Version 1.2.4 adds "collectable code" search symbol - $. Use this prefix to search for collectables which codes contain search sequence. $iron for example will result in all collectables made of iron, but not iron ore (because it doesn't contain "iron" in its code). Version 1.2.7 adds Mod Name info to Collectibles (can be switched off in config). That's it. This simple and incredibly useful (at least for me ). Latest version and changelogs can be found here: https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/67 Changelog: 1.2.10: - Compatibility fixes for 1.15.2 survivalcats_v1.14.2-1.2.2.zip survivalcats_v1.14.2-1.2.7.zip survivalcats_v1.15.2-1.2.10.zip
  2. They seek, they roam, they are hungry. Be prepared to meet your new neighbours from parallel plane, but don't expect the warm welcome. Why are these strange beings here for? Are they eager to capture the land? Or maybe they are just lost? The one thing that is known - they are vile and tough. So, be very careful when dealing with your new neighbours. The mod adds five fantasy entities to make your survival harder and more interesting. Use the file TheNeighboursConfig.json in your VintagestoryData/ModConfig folder to disable monsters which are too scary for your gameplay. File generates automatically after the first game run. Tickling: Tall slow bipedal with huge horn-like outgrowths. It seems that he has no eyes, but he doesn't need it to catch its prey. Parameters: Height: 3.2 Width: 1.2 Health points: 40 Attack Strength: 12 Attack Tier: 3 Shintorickae: Small sharp-tailed insect with a pair of cute eyes which are glows in the dark. 4. Hi all, this is my first ever mod for Vintage Story. As some of you may know I have made tons of mods on Minecraft already (The One Probe, Lost Cities, RFTools, Deep Resonance, MeeCreeps, ...). This mod was meant more as a learning experience. I had to learn a new language (C# vs Java) and a new modding API. So it's likely there are bugs in this mod. Please let me know if you find any. At this moment this mod adds two items. First there is the Spade: The spade has only one purpose: that's to move a single block of farmland while keeping its stats. There is already another mod that allows you to break farmland but I believe this is more balanced as it doesn't reset the stats but keeps them as they were. Also it can do only one farmland block at a time. The next item is the Seed Bag: The Seed Bag is a bag that can only hold seeds. It has room for 16 slots of seeds. To open the GUI you simply right click it while looking at the air. If you right click it over farmland it will plant the seeds in a 3x3 area. In addition if a Seed Bag is in your hotbar it will automatically collect seeds that you harvest (if there is room) The mod can be downloaded from: For 1.13: https://github.com/McJty/FancyTools/releases/tag/0.2 For 1.14: https://github.com/McJty/FancyTools/releases/tag/0.3 For 1.15: https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/320#tab-files Comments are welcome! You can also look at the source code if you want. No promises on that though. This is my first mod so I may have made lots of mistakes there (I welcome constructive criticism).
