Could not connect to master server

I have been trying to browse some multiplayer servers, connecting to my friends private servers seems to work just fine, but the game doesn't allow me to browse servers.
It used to work fine up unitl 6 months ago.
Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

go to firewall and allow vintage.exe in public network, i think they fix
