mod suggestion Mod Suggestion - "Tuned" / Writeable Tuning Cylinders

Hi, I wanted to suggest a mod for anybody to make (or not make!). Basically I would like a mod like the Minecraft mod "Etched" that would allow custom Tuning Cylinders to be made, for music outside the game to be put in via writable Tuning Cylinders. Ideally it would allow a custom color for the frame if possible

Sounds like a great idea, sad no one took on that, there's the instuments mod to play Midis or ABCs I think ?
