Does the toolDurability command also affect clothing durability?

https://wiki.vintagestory.at/index.php/World_Configuration shows the toolDurability command for changing the duration of tools. But does this also work for clothes? Or is there a similar command for clothes? Specifically, for clothes for keeping warm in winter. And how about armor?
