B1zmarck Posted January 20, 2025 Report Posted January 20, 2025 After updating to 1.20, me and my friends have been unable to host adhoc servers, it keeps saying that internet hosting failed. We've tried allowing the port through windows defender, and spent about 2 hours setting up port forwarding for it to not change anything. Any others have this and solve it? 6

JakeSully Posted February 13, 2025 Report Posted February 13, 2025 (edited) make sure that the server itself is 1.20 not older, since 1.20 won't work on older versions. You may need to open ports in your local router if your trying to host one from home, since windows defender only does windows end, so if you have router. Then you ned to do the same there.
