Mouse smoothing, despite setting saying otherwise.

The game has mouse smoothing enabled by default. I disabled that, and although reduced, there is still noticeable smoothing.

Is there any way to completely disable mouse smoothing?

There is a mod called "Accessibility Tweaks" which allows a lot of settings in this direction, but I dont know if mouse smoothing is included. But you could ask the author if they can include it. 

Unfortunately, the mod is not yet updated for 1.20
