Friends cant REconnect to server.

So I had the same issue private hosting off my IP as I am now that I am running a server. Im fairly sure my router has port forwarding too.

The actual issue is that my friends can join the server when I open it. But can't reconnect after they disconnect. saying the server is totally missing from the browser.

I also get the same issue where my server vanishes from my browser and it says that the connection was actively refused.

I have this exact same issue with "open to internet"
The period shortly after 3 or so people can join with no issues, but if they disconnect they cannot reconnect, and others cannot connect some period of time after hosting.

Unfortunately I don't know whats causing the issue.
