How to update mods on server?

Been running a server on Bisecthosting for a few months, by this time the mods I been using on the server has updated and I wanna get my hands on the newest update for my server.

Any tips or suggestion on how to update the mods?

download them from mods page and stop server and then re-place old .zip with new one and your done.

You literally need to copy some zip files over to replace the old ones. Not much else to be said.

Tried it with the EXO skeleton mod and seems like it did not work.

Nvm. You need to update the mods requiered to that updated version of the mod.
