I have two blocks that I was able to quarry and I want to chisel one of them into a cool statue. I'm not sure what I should carve though, I've been playing around in a creative world but nothing is clicking yet.

Or maybe a space-themed character from media you like, like Elgyem or Minior from pokemon, or Rosalina from super mario galaxy, or a character from star wars/star trek or something.
