Making a server with BisectHosting, and it keeps getting an error at startup

So I'm attempting to start up a server using BisectHosting, and every time I start it up, it just gets and error message along the lines of "Error Event [568b91a6-a39f-4c9d-aa32-ef45082c164c]: an unexpected error was encountered while handling this request", and right before it gets this, it mentions that it finished pulling the docker container image, before immediately turning the server offline, so like, any suggestions on what I could do?

create a ticket with support and they will fix it as they did mine, i was having a port issue
