Add "Bugfix" categories to the mod DB

The mod DB has categories for describing mods (for example, "food" or "worldgen"). I believe that the following two items should be added to the list of available categories.

Bugfix (Core) - For mods which fix bugs in the core game.

Bugfix (Other Mod) - For mods which fix bugs in another mod.
