Any Good World Seeds for Survival and Building?

I'll start this by saying that I understand that world seeds are dependent on what settings you choose for world generation, and vary accordingly.

But I'm wondering if anyone has any seeds with a beautiful starting area with ruins, and possibly limestone? And if so what terrain settings did you use?
