I want to roleplay with more people

I have a server with quite a few mods and a high difficulty that I really enjoy playing with my friends. The problem is that I want to roleplay more, and it's complicated when there are only a few people. At first, I wanted to be a farmer, but I ended up being a bit of everything. I don't like it very much.

hey, i've got a solid 100 hours in the game and wanted to give playing with others a go. would potentially be quite interested in joining.
just wanted to ask about the roleplaying. i dont quite understand what that means in the context of this game. I've seen it thrown around a lot in server descriptions but don't quite understand how it ends up looking in practice

It's better if we discuss this over Discord for convenience. Let me explain quickly: right now, my small group is living on top of a mountain we've named Shangri-La. We're trying to roleplay that. It's more or less like taking on the role of a character.

I have a server I am in with very few rules, roleplay heavily incentivized but not enforced so everything has real player choice and consequence. On there I run the nation of river and mountain dwelling warrior monks and villages. We are a spiritual focused themed group but have all sorts of people in our group, fair warning that means the guards might be tryhard meta gamers and the monks might be super loony roleplayers who know little to nothing about the game, and the peasantry in between are all sorts of personalities and vary in experience. The servers we play on though you could be attacked murdered or stolen from anytime if you stray from the protection of our guards or city walls.

 

It sounds like you have your own server but sounds like it was a while ago so if that went sour and you wanna start again we need roleplayers to breathe life into our villages
