TheNaikan Posted June 14, 2025 Report Posted June 14, 2025 (edited) Hi, I am trying to do a build of my mod from Visual Studio and keep getting an error "The type or namespace name 'ItemLantern' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)" I looked this up and am seeing this might be from a mismatched dll version. I have game version 1.20.11 installed, but my VintagestoryAPI.dll version is 1.20.00. I have only one instance of this dll and it's in the C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Vintagestory directory. Was there an updated VintagestoryAPI.dll with the .11 update? NL-Tim Posted June 18, 2025 Report Posted June 18, 2025 Did you set the vintage story environment variable 'VINTAGE_STORY'? You might have to restart Visual Studio or login again on your PC to have a new environment variable picked up.
