We are the Hozai and have a monarchy system with nobles and economy etc. The server uses reinforcing and locks instead of land claims and there's free pvp at all times. So we have PvP players act as guards and military making sure everyone is safe, role-players decorating and livening up the cities, and PvE players gathering resources and materials with room for many more niche playstyles.
