Mod organizer for easier updating

Hey,

One thing I always think about that could make updating mods much easier:

Is there a way to create a new section on the mod site where we can save or bookmark the mods we've downloaded, so we don't have to search for each one individually?

Or even better – maybe a mod that automatically checks for updates? Though I guess that might be a bit much.

Just something to keep track of the mods we use.

Or does a program like that already exist?
