I have a phantom block I can't delete even with CTRL-F4

Hello, I have the following phantom block that I cannot delete. I upgraded this world from 12.10 to 1.21 and then used world edit to move my base to a new world. This is a singleplayer game with just a few basic QoL mods.

Most things worked, but this fruit press did not and left behind this phantom block. I've tried the following so far:

• Destroy it directly in survival mode - it even shows a resistance that goes negative.
• Destroy it in creative mode.
• Display meta-blocks in creative mode (CTRL-F4) - this seems to do nothing at all, I don't see ANY meta blocks ANYWHERE.
• Destroy/replace all the blocks around it.
• Directly replace the block (doesn't work).

This is not game breaking so I can live it with, but it just bugs me, and I assume there must be SOME way to get rid of such phantom blocks even if it requires hex editing the save file (I'm fine with that).
