Favorite Mods / Genre of Mods

As I prepare to update my game, I'm spending sooo much time on the modsite, checking out every single cool mod for the newest version!! I'm curious if anyone has any favorite mods, whether new or old and kept up to date. 

(any favorites that are about more farming stuff? Even wine? I love my farm )

My constantly evolving guide has an appendix of mods with commentary and links, although I mostly do bugfix/QOL mods.
