Server won't initiate properly

When launching a server I get warnings that different wooden log types can't be found, as well as errors that touch on failing to de-serialize a map region., I tried running in repair mode and it didn't work. Is my server toast? Please let me know if there are any ways I can further clarify what I am experiencing. Thanks!
