Duski Posted November 19, 2025 Report Posted November 19, 2025 I would love to see, or commission if that is applicable, a redesign of trees to have the appearance of actual branches and limbs, possibly even forking trunks. Trees similar to the ones in the mod "Dynamic Trees" for minecraft. Instead of having constant (resource intensive) growth, just have the tree shape/age be static and determined randomly, possibly by position, and only have trees grow when started from a sapling and become static. The ability for the tree to fall over and either break into its drops or have to be harvestable perhaps? but it really should fall over. Additionally it would be important to have the trees easy to configure the shape/pattern of as well as size so it could be easier for other mod authors to add modded tree types.
