Mods not loading on new installation

I recently built a new PC, and with it I reinstalled Vintage Story. I decided it would be easier to transfer the VintagestoryData folder directly to the new computer from my laptop via google drive, but when I booted up my world none of the mods were loaded. Any blocks added were replaced with the oh-so-iconic question mark block. I tried redownloading the mods from the official site, going down the entire list but the game still doesn't recognize the mods exist. Any fixes?

Issue has been resolved! I started with a fresh VintagestoryData folder like a sane person would and everything is good again, may anyone else in the same situation learn from my mistakes

I can second this.

When migrating worlds to a new installation of Vintage Story, ONLY move the world's save files. I'm not certain what exactly was causing the issue, but anyone doing the same should play it safe until there's a better mod support community.
