Nutrition values drop on relogging

After playing a while on a server whenever i disconnect and reconnect my nutrition values (fruit,vegetable etc.) drop significantly.
I can have full bars and after relogging a quarter or more is gone from them.
Is that a bug, can i set it up somehow so it doesn't drop?
