Looking for a server, with specific requirements

I'm looking for a server that has:

• Combat Overhaul mod

        AND

• Temporal Storms disabled

        AND

• at least 300% tool durability

        or

• Toolsmith mod + an easy and realiable way to get at least basic metals like copper, such as panning boosted by a mod (I don't care about your cool player economy, it's not a good solution to my problem)

I'm generally looking for a non-pvp focused server; can be RP but that shouldn't be extremely prohibitive (I don't want to be forced to live in a specific spot and worry about my character dying of old age)
