adding mods to linux based server in terminal and activating them

so this is the zip bomb my friend made of mods he wants to upload to the server but i have no clue how to enable them once i upload it to the server.
I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with runnign mods on debian over terminal and activating them. 
 any suggestions are appreciated

Welcome to the forums!

Basically you upload the individual .zip files of the mods into your servers ./data/Mods folder and restart the server.
This should load and enable the mods.

You could also simply go through each mod and install it throug the /moddb install command. You can find the corresponding mod ID on the mods page on the "Files" tab next to it's version.
