We don't have time for complex Discord verifications or reading 20 pages of rules. Our concept is simple: Back to Basics & High Immersion. Current Version: v1.21.6 Communication: In-Game First We believe everything you need should be inside the game. Proximity Voice Chat: We use the RP Voice Chat mod. You can talk to players standing near you with 3D audio. Whisper to a neighbor or shout for help in a dungeon – no external software needed. Text-Chat: For global announcements or shy players, the classic text chat is always there. Private TeamSpeak: We do have a TS3 server as a backup, but thanks to Proximity Voice, you rarely need it. The Tech: We don't use shared game-hosting. The server runs on a private Linux VPS (KVM) located in Austria . Performance: enough resources ensure the server handles the mods smoothly. Ping: Expect excellent connection quality within Central Europe. Stability: Managed by an experienced System Administrator. The Gameplay We aim for a "Living World" feeling. Vanilla was a bit too empty for us, so we spiced it up: No Rifts: Temporal Rifts are disabled. We prefer uninterrupted gameplay over the wobble effect. Exploration: To compensate, we run Better Ruins and Better Traders. Adventure comes from exploring the world, not from fighting gears in your basement. Fauna of the Stone Age: The world is filled with diverse wildlife – we love elephants. Primitive Survival & Backpacks: Expanding the toolset for trappers and gatherers. Aldi Classes: You can pick a profession to specialize your character. Server Settings Map: Fresh World (Started Jan 2026). Loot: Drops on death, but stays for 30 minutes. Plenty of time to recover. Seasons: 12 days/month for a relaxed pace. How to join To keep the community safe and friendly, we use a Whitelist. Since we don't use Discord, simply reply to this thread with your Ingame Name. We check this forum thread daily and will add you as soon as possible. Server IP: 185.44.210.180 See you in-game (and hear you nearby!). Update: The Whitelist is gone! To make joining easier, we are now Open to All. You no longer need to wait for approval—simply connect and play. Everyone is welcome, but we maintain a friendly environment. Just to correct your math: We are actually a group of 12 active players (including friends), and I've already welcomed 6 new members from this thread alone. The whitelist is doing exactly what it's supposed to do: filtering for the right mindset. Thanks for bumping the thread though!
