Dio L Posted January 13 Report Posted January 13 First time finding fireclay in my 130 hour world I stopped even thinking about finding naturally generated fireclay once I figured out you could craft it. I live in a massive bauxite/lime biome and I SCOURED the area for fireclay at some point in my first year without ever finding anything, so I gave up. Cut to 100+ hours later and I found a pretty good size deposit underground while caving, still the only fireclay I've ever found in this world. I thought fireclay was a myth...
ItzWalterino Posted February 8 Report Posted February 8 (edited) The definitely best way to find naturally generating fire clay is looking for black coal deposits, it spawns near it almost all the time (at the very least in my experience it did) Though I understand the amazement, I was also shocked at first seeing the myth alive Edited February 8 by ItzWalterino

Does it show up when prospecting?
