Add accessibility Feature to remove low health "reeling" (head drift)

I know this is a feature of the game and everyone is welcome to their own opinions and play style however this personally bugs me so much when i play, a simple toggle button in the settings for the head drift  would be lovely. I am using a mod that removes it but for others that have motion sickness this seems like an easy solution.
