Way to change animal swim speed on existing world?

Perhaps there's a file setting I could modify or something?

worldconfig creatureSwimSpeed <value>

For future reference, simply type worldconfig to see all worldconfig settings
then type worldconfig <setting> to see its present value. Most of these require restarting
