ToothedMammal Posted February 16 Report Posted February 16 I managed to luck out with a broken translocator near my house, it took me to a cave under the ocean that had another broken translocator a few blocks away, and then that translocator took me to a near surface claystone cave on the continent that the village is on. This makes it so much easier to get to the village (I was thinking I'd have to make a sailing ship to get across the sea to reach the village), but the walk is still really really long. So I'm hoping that I can take my elk through the translocators to make the journey shorter (and have extra inventory space from saddlebags)
Solution Gaelyn Posted February 16 Solution Report Posted February 16 Yes. Ever since the update above, "a player riding an elk, who uses a translocator, teleports both player and elk." On anything before that update, you will have to push or guide the elk through the translocator; you will not be able to take it through while riding it, but you can still take it through. 1
