DeanF Posted August 25 Report Posted August 25 (edited) I have seen a lot of questions about making arches, so I thought I'd throw out the 2-block arch guide that I made for myself. Obviously, remove the red and leave the grey. The image is duplicated left/right, which makes the center few blocks look odd, but you'll figure it out- I wanted to leave the blocks the same colors at the red/grey interface for easier following. One of my goals was to leave at least one pixel on the outside of the arch. This is so that if there is a block of dissimilar material next to the arch, the different material will be covered. I did this because I often make an arched fireplace and put an oven next to it, and I didn't like to have the brown oven wall showing. This does mean that this is a 62-voxel circle instead of a 64-voxel circle, but if the two blocks under the arch are air it looks right. Edited August 25 by DeanF 5 1
