In-game voice chat

Having a voice is an innate trait of any human being.

We use it to speak, because it is an easy way of conveying information.

Because of that, adding voice chat will benefit interaction between players.

That's why I am asking the question:

Will in-game voice chat be added to this game?

And if not:

Why wouldn't in-game voice chat be added?
