Last throw of spear breaks two spears - 1.15.1

Heyo! o/
When you throw a spear and it breaks, the game switches the broken spear with a new one from your inventory. Unfortunately, this seems to break that spear as well. So when 1 spear breaks you end up losing two spears in total. It's not that big of a deal when you have rock or obsidian spears, but it gets quite cumbersome
