I for one, am using like 50-60 mods and i have never crased once in like 80 hours or something.

Edit: Maybe if you'd tell us what your crash log or error message says we'd be able to figure out why you're crashing.

ive got 285 about the same amount of mods and dont crash either, once in a blue maybe from adding a new mod that maybe broken , but never has ruined my game after removing it

Just change gui scale and move it , go to smallest gui setting then move it then set gui back
