Recently moved over to Linux, and just wondering if crossplay is possible at all, does it work with mods etc?

Since I imagine convincing my mates to move over to Linux is going to be difficult.

Sounds like finding a phyllite sand biome would be quite unlikely though.

What does that mean, generated bottom up?

Bauxite is a sedimentary rock type though, if Slate made sand-beaches then I'd guess there can be Phyllite as well, but I cant recall having seen either. 

Does it exist as beaches, like sandstone sand, limestone sand, etc? Or are metamorphic rock-types not spawning as sandy beaches?
