Yeah I went and opened a ticket. So waiting to see what happens. I can't request a new password reset either as there's a 1 per 24 hours rule on getting an email for one. Idk why it shouldn't work but ah well.

I did receive the email for the password reset in this case, clicked it and was met with "Password reset failed. The password reset key seems to be missing or has been already used, did you use the right link?" upon attempting to reset my password.

I have, the same one that's tied to the base login, correct? Even then, when I tried to reset my password earlier I was met with a "Password reset failed. The password reset key seems to be missing or has been already used, did you use the right link?" , and requesting another link takes 24 hours... Idk what to do.

Did you ever figure this out? Having the same issue
