Tried on another laptop, local works, public doesnt, did a clean reinstall on first laptop, local works, public still doesnt im starting to get pretty pissed off, i made them pay £20 for nothing, theyre not very happy with me either

trying again today, i found the upnp option in my routers settings today, upnp option on the sevrer works now but it did not fix it

Port is open, 42420 is open on tcp and udp ive troubleshot a minecraft server (25565) and that works fine, no issues on there. But, vintage story keeps saying 42420 is closed, local ipv4 works but only on host machine, LAN does not work on connecting devices to the same router. Trying to host from ingame by opening to LAN fails to find upnp and says "Internet hosting failed" turning on advertise says the same thing, server does not show up in server list I have tailscale and a vpn but the connection is running though my wifi I've been trying many other various things for the past 2 hours I have no idea what else i could do, I've looked around and nobody seems to be having the same issue.
