Yeah I sit there and I hold right click, it just does a looping animation/sound no matter what angle I approach it from. I will try another reinstall and try again. The game seems super cool but this seems like a pretty unfortunate bug

Hello, never played before but bought a LONG time ago. I just killed my first rooster and I shift click with a knife when the cursor is red and it just makes a harvesting animation/sound but no box pops up or anything. I tried a hen, and fox, and a fish, but have the same issue. I searched the forums and reddit but people said this was fixed. Is there a workaround or something? I'm playing in 1.21.1 with no mods, I've tried running away and coming back, swapping to another item, making a new knife, relogging, and reinstalling. I really don't want to have to make a github account and figure out how to use github for the issue tracker...
