Thanks do you now how to improve mobs dammage ?

Hello i use nitroserv game hosting on vintage story to play with my friend but the server is in easy dificulty level and dont find any way to change on a harder level of dificulty

I have seen on google that it is possible to have a map on vintage story by pressing "M" or "F6" but nothing works to open a map for me and keep losing my home and stuff while i dye and spawn somwhere else so hard !
