I'm having issues and I have combed around looking for answers/solutions. Simply, when going into creative mode and either searching for an item (by name) or picking one from the large (Everything) menu, I find that 9/10 times, the item I want and click to drag to my bar, turns into another item. Backpacks change to rocks, sticks turn into fish, raw meat turns into trees. Sometimes clicking on an item a few times, changes the selected icon and when you drop it on your hot-bar, it changes again to something else. Am I missing something, or is there an issue with a mod perhaps? (I don't have many, and those I do state they're all for 1.19+)
Is anyone else having this issue ?
