In the game options the camera bobbing when walking can be disabled, however there is another second bobbing when activating the immersive first person mode and is not possible to disable it, some people suffer from dizziness/motion sickness, immersive first person mode is not finished yet (experimental) this can be a small improvement, so that all of us who get dizzy can use the amazing immersive first person without bobbing, there should be only one bobbing and if it is disabled in the accessibility options then the camera should not bobbing when the immersive first person mode is active, technically this is not a bobbing post-effect, i think is because when immersive mode is active the camera changes, now is attached to the body mesh following its bouncing walking animation and looks like a bobbing effect.
