I understand there's an issue tracker, but it might be a mod-related bug and I have no idea what might've caused the bug, so forgive a post here. After having played 25 hours on a solo run in the recent unstable 1.20. version, I decided to host a new world on a server through the Vintage Story simple server hosting. Bought it, re-downloaded vintage story to play on the previous 1.19.8-or-so stable version, redownloaded the mods for this version (sucks that you can't actually use them), played for a few hours. After turning the server off and booting up the unstable version of Vintage story, and checking the mods were correct, I reloaded into my unstable world. When I open my inventory, despite having linen sacks in my backpack slots, they appear to have NO inventory. Swapping to baskets is the same. I've even tried to spawn in a new sack in case the ones I had on were bugged, but none of them provide any inventory space, and I'm not sure if any of my items are still saved within. Anyone got any ideas as to why the inventory is bugged? The mods I'm using are just: BetterRuins Alchemy Wild Farming Revival Finally, as a last question, I was thinking of re-hosting a new server with a different server service to add some mods in. Does anyone have some recommends, and am I able to play the Unstable version if I grab one of these servers?
