I'm trying to make a mud hut taking inspiration from images from google, saw one photo where they chiselled out part of the hut to make a small brick sized hole as their window, I'm a bit skeptical about doing this to my mud hut though because I fear it might make the walls considered not a full block and would let the winter cold into my house. What do you guys think? Do you guys think its safe for me to chisel out holes in my mud hut for windows or is there another way to make windows while keeping my house insulated (excluding glass ofc). Or is it just better if I have no windows at all?
