Same happened here, just one day decided that game is good but doesn't satisfy my grind needs as now, some time passes no email, nothing after my refund I just perished, and when I decided to buy the game again this friday, then I got the same message when trying to login into my account: account banned, don't know for what maybe it's their way to protect game from someone that refunded, anyway waiting more than day now for support to write me, starting to get sad, wanted to play trough weekend coz I'm gonna have next week rough because every university student knows what time is after christmas. So instead me relaxing on game I enjoyed, I'm just sitting, adding stress, and thinking if I got scammed or they have so many request that just they cannot help me in time, which would I like to see the second option of those two.
