Could be both. You could look in ruins for seed vessels if you're really desperate, but just really paying attention is the only real way to find any of them. There may also be traders who sell seeds, but I'm not 100% sure about that

Says it all in the title. I really like the vessels but it's just such a pain to try and find the traders to buy them, or having to search like half the world just to find the one I want. Is there a mod that makes them craftable, or adds more customisation to the pots?
