I been told its can rotate objects like aged children toy and it did . with the table it make since its cant rotate to the side cause its the same on all sides so it does nothing.It work clutter item.Its would work on a aged table.Its isnt clutter but it does it work on it. I tested it now.It does not work on normal table.

I have you tried using a wrench ? Its can flip objects. Its already in game by default.
