You should NEVER set a computer to be in the DMZ. that leaves it completely accessible to the world of hackers.
Only ever forward single ports or small ranges of ports as necessary.
Friends outside your house always need your "public" ip address nothing more. (https://ip4.me or https://ip6.me)
Your "ipconfig" (windows) "ip addr" (linux) ip address is only needed if your are inside the same house on the same network.
And it's also only used to setup the port forwarding correctlyP.S. UPNP should also be turned off, or other random programs could easily open ports on your router without your knowledge.
Sidenote: according to the image you provided, you would set the following...
Add Rules Manually
Custom service name: Vintage Story
Service: Other
protocol: TCP
External host: BLANK
Internal host: ip address for the machine hosting the server
External Port: 42420
Internal Port: 42420

[V1.12.14.+] GraveMod
in Mod Releases
Posted
Mod works as intended and without crashing the server or clients.
Thanks.
However I like to break things...
We noticed the waypoint shows up for everyone. (unexpected feature.)
Only the person who died is allowed to pin the waypoint. (As expected)
Only the person who died can remove the waypoint (As expected)
This can lead to many black dot waypoints left on the map.
If possible have it remove the waypoint after the gravestone is destroyed.
If someone else tries to pin the waypoint, an error occurs in the server log and in the chat log. (Bug?)
I don't recall any errors occurring if someone else tries to remove the waypoint.
Anyone can break the gravestone. (somewhat unexpected).
Would be nice if only the owner could break it.
Or.. maybe after 3 in game days it becomes "lootable" by others.
Thanks again,
Merry Christmas.
