I was exploring and heard a landslide from the hill nearby - but not one created by me. I managed to grab a screenshot of a ram going over the edge of the hill and the dust cloud resulting from the soil he knocked loose by trampling grass. I am sort of falling in love with this game, and the cave-ins may be my favorite feature at the moment.

Figures I got it to work right after posting. Disregard. For the confused like me finding this later, just crouch and the aim and hold the right button, no left clicking, no right-clicking, and it also seemed a bit picky about the angle, but 5-6 seconds is enough with a flint knife (at least on the carcass I was dealing with).

I've looked at the written instructions and comments here and there but still cannot get animal harvesting to work. I have my knife, I crouch, I right click and I see a sort of sawing motion. And it goes on doing that and nothing changes, no inventory box pops up, etc.. I have given it a full two minutes before giving up, and when I watch videos it seems to only take a few seconds anyway. My guess is maybe a mod issue, but I want to be sure: am I missing a step or is there a trick to it?
