Ok, I got some numbers. I think the numbers have an accuracy of +/-1.
Without 10% speed bonus (e.g. commoner)
walking: 204 bpm (blocks per minute) running: 408 bpm With 10% speed bonus (e.g. hunter)
walking: 224 bpm running: 449 bpm All data without guarantee.
