Deplorable

Can abandoned trader carts spawn in the world? In my 300 hours of play I have never came across one but tonight I have found 2 back to back. I play with the trader camps mod and both camps had skeletons laying on the ground and no traders. Before I came across these I did get into a fight with a trader. I was attacked my 2 bears and a wolf while checking out a camp. I managed to kill them but after I got done skinning them a trader walked over and punched me. I'm guessing the trader got hit in the fight. I ran away so I wouldnt need to kill him but now every camp seems to be empty. Am I being punished for the fight? Will they respawn?

I did find a fix on the discord. seems like quite a few people ran into this issue. Deleting all of the files on my server fixed it. thanks for all the help!!

yeah but this is a brand new game with no mods. I did a full wipe of all files and started a new world without any modifications and I'm still having this issue. after starting the world the only errors I'm seeing are all about cave art. at Vintagestory.ServerMods.NoObf.ModRegistryObjectTypeLoader.<LoadBlocks>b__15_0(List`1 variants) in VSEssentials\Loading\RegistryObjectTypeLoader.cs:line 263 10.12.2024 20:39:14 [Server Error] Failed registering block game:caveart-redochre-1-5-6 10.12.2024 20:39:14 [Server Error] Exception: Block must have a unique code ('game:caveart-redochre-1-5-6' is already in use). This is often caused right after a game update when there are old installation files left behind. Try full uninstall and reinstall.

Im running 1.20.0-rc1. I went through all the mods and nothing seemed to fix it. I even tried wiping everything and starting from scratch on an unmodded world with no adjustments to the config files and I still dont have inventory slots

Anyone have a fix for inventory slots not showing up? This is happening on a modded BisectHosting server. I'm using the same mods and world config as my single player world that has had no issues

Are respawns tied to the blocks you use them on or the location of the block? I'm new and I've never used a gear before but I would like to set a respawn point in my base. Currently my floors are packed dirt that i plan on replacing. If i use a gear on the dirt and later replace it with a new block will I still have a respawn there or will I need a new gear? I would hate to waste one
